Events by Sadie will be happy to help with any issues you have regarding your purchases.

In regards to our balloon stacks and Balloon displays:

A Return and Refund policy :

There are no refunds or exchanged unless at the discretion of Events by Sadie.
Please contact us directly as soon as any issues arise.
Any damaged products will need photo evidence.
